The Project Manager's responsibilities are to act as a single point of contact for the customer dealing with project co-ordination; scheduling of resources; attending regular project meetings; overseeing the testing and commissioning; and documentation.
Maintenance

Additionally, telemaintenance provides quick on-line remote assistance.
